land o' land

I've not posted about this house before because it is no longer on the market and we looked at it a few years ago. I was in love with it. it was 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. the master bedroom was upstairs with a fireplace. it had a really ugly kitchen and a small basement but LOTS of land.
sunken family room with a window seat, built-in bookshelves and a fireplace.
huge screened porch that was accessed off 2 bedrooms.
a huge barn that I wanted to convert into my tiny sprouts office
this home sat on 5 1/2 acres. our dogs would love to run in this yard!
main bath with original floor.
view from the family room.
cutest garage
love this yard!
these trees were in the front yard and covered the windy road.peace and quiet

maybe one day we will walk up to the door and see if they still want to sell. I love to dream

What a beautiful house! If you truly want to buy it, you should make them an offer anyway. You never know - maybe they'll consider selling it!

exactly...let them know you're interested and you may be surprised what they may say. what a wonderful place to keep your creative juices flowing!
i love the new colors - chocolate is what i had my children wearing for the holidays, so I wish you had that available just a month ago! Anyway, LOVE your work! :)

I totally thought that barn was a birdhouse (posted on the top of what is really a fence post) and that you were making a "tiny" joke...

Hi Tracey! My sister and I love our baby outfits: elizabeth drew and dexter peter... the kids look AMAZING in them. We will send you a photo when we get them together (they are still both under 1 month).

LOVE your new site. I forwarded my sister your email too - hopefully she will also enter your contest!

Dear Tracey, love your new web site. What cute little babies and kids you have on there! I love the new colors...I am now thinking what my next purchase will be. I would love to send a picture of my son with his hat on. I love it, and I have received many compliments on it as well as on the blanket I purchased from you as well. Keep up the good work. You are so lucky to be doing what you LOVE!
