walker jack
last month I received a call asking for a rush order for an outfit. behind that request were tears as the lady told me her friend's son had passed away from malignant rhabdoid cancer at the age of 18 months & he would be wearing this outfit at his funeral. I burst into tears. not only was this an honor but I could not imagine life without my son. all through the night I cried & called her friend to talk. it was like we were like instant friends because of this sweet baby boy, walker jack. today marks his one year diagnosis and I wanted to ask that all of you reading this to think of him & his family or to say a little prayer for them.

Praying for that sweet family! Hugging Maddox a little tighter tonight!
My heart breaks for that family...so sad and so, so, wrong. I wanted to share this link with you, as well. This is my cousin's 7 year old daughter who passed away suddenly 3 weeks ago after getting a very rare disease. It is a beautiful & touching story. At the funeral, we all wore pink (her favorite color), we held balloons and had a walking parade to the cemetary where we released them all to celebrate her life. She was an angel on earth and now she is dancing in heaven. It seems to hit us so much harder, once we are parents and can't imagine life without our babies. Hug them tightly and everyday know how blessed we are!!!

I am so sorry. My heart breaks for this little child that now is an angel in heaven. A big hug to his parents.
